2   Return Process

We provide faster easy ways to process return requests if it is a product problem. We do not accept returns for non-product issues.

Return Process

Only applicable within 15 days when receiving the package!
1. Take a photo or take a video and contact our customer service to submit a return request.
2. After confirming the problem, get a return authorization and return address from us, and ship back the item to us.
3. We'll issue the refund to your payment account within 24h after we receive your package.


3   Return Conditions

1. Item(s) returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. Item(s) must be in their unused condition with the original packing and within 15 days of delivery.
3. Item(s) must be without scratches, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and must not be re-sized or altered in any way.
4. Damage, defective, or incorrect item(s) must be reported within 3 days of delivery. (Note: if such item(s) are not reported promptly, we will not issue a refund. )
5. Any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned item(s). Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.


*The following item(s)cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
• Custom item(s), Production Order.
• Returned item(s)that s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.


4   Return Shipping Fee

• Return shipping fee paid by the buyer side, we do not provide prepaid return labels either.

• Buyers are not responsible for shipping costs once received goods are damaged or incorrect.


5   Return Notes

• Depending on the shipping method and carrier chosen, your return package may take 7-30 days to reach our address.

• Please keep your proof of return receipt and ship back along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Yeajewel will not issue a refund when you cannot provide proof that your return package is not received by us.
