Why can't I log into my Yeajewel account ?
Check your login details carefully. Make sure the email address is the same as your registered one, the correct password, distinguish upper and lower case letters and without any space bar. If you still can't login your account, please contact our Customer Service and feedback the problem.
How do I purchase products through Yeajewel website once I have an account?

Usually, we accept the minimum order quantity as 1. If you want to take a sample to see, we suggest you can buy minimum order to test it out before creating it in bulk.
Does your jewelry tarnishing?
Fashion jewelry is usually unlike fine jewelry, the materials used in fashion jewelry look good only on the surface. Metals used are usually copper, nickel, or other non-precious metals coated with precious metals by plating, dipping, filling, and rolling. We have a strict quality inspection. Are your products sold at wholesale prices?
Yes, all of our products are sold at wholesale prices. In addition, if you buy different quantities, there will be different discounts.

How can I price your products for retail?
Our distributors’ pricing policies vary widely based on their target market as well as the overhead and marketing costs associated with their individual businesses.

Jewelry retailers mark up our products as much as 2-5x the wholesale price. In these instances, the pieces are sold with very fancy presentations and branded packaging to enhance their perceived value.

How do I modify an order once it's been placed?
To remove any items after an order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can adjust the order before it is shipped out. Once the order has left our facility it cannot be changed.

Also, the easiest way to add something is to simply place a new order online for the new item you wish to purchase. 
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email about my order?
A confirmation email will be sent after the payment is completed. Please make sure your email is correct or check your spam.

If you do not receive it, we suggest that you can log in to your account can check your order status via click "My orders", and we'll link the tracking number with the order after shipped or contact our customer service.
How long does it take to receive my order?

What if an item in my order is sold out?
If your order has any items that are out of stock, we will ship out the available items first so that you will receive them as quickly as possible. The rest of the order will be partially refunded as a store credit to your Yeajewel account.
How long the processing time for an order?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. 

Usually, your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after placing your order. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification along with your tracking information.

Why do I get charged an international transaction fee?
An international transaction fee is a fee charged by a credit card issuer or bank for every transaction made overseas or with a foreign merchant. Fees vary depending on the credit card or bank's terms and conditions but usually range from 1% to 3% of the transaction.

The currencies we can accept are USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, MXN, and NGN.
Can you pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. At this time, we do not allow Cash on Delivery orders.

What's shipping cost?
The shipping cost is based on the total weight of the product, your destination and the shipping method you choose, we offer different shipping methods that correspond to different shipping costs.

I haven't received any shipping information

Can I choose other shipping agents?

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our Yiwu, Zhejiang warehouse. The zip code is 322000.
Tracking information says shipment has been delivered, but I haven't received my product.
If your tracking information is saying the shipment has been delivered but you have not received your order, we advise you to contact the shipping company you selected when placing your order with your tracking number. They will be able to provide more specific details about where or who they delivered the package to.

What is declared value in tax?
Declared value means two things:

1. Declared value is the cost of a shipped item as stated by its shipper. The value of the goods is declared for clearance at the port of entry. In the case of customs clearance, the Declared value is used to calculate how much import tax or duty should be levied on the shipment.
For example, customers may ask you from time to time to declare the customs value as below their country's de minimis threshold in an attempt to avoid paying duties and taxes. If your parcel arrives in a destination country and customs don't believe the values that you've provided, they can seize and destroy the parcel without notice and without recourse. So, it’s important to get this right to avoid paying too much (or getting in trouble making a false declaration!).

2. Declared value is the amount a shipper states to the carrier that his shipment is worth. In case of any loss or damage to the shipment during transport, the carrier is liable to compensate the shipper on the basis of the declared value.

Sorry, the store credits are non-transferable. Only the account owner can use it.
How to withdraw my store credit to my account from Yeajewel?
Step 1: Log into your account, and click “My Credits” on the left side. You can see Credit Balance Information. 
Step 2: Click "Withdraw"
Step 3: Fill in your information: Amount, PayPal Account Number, PayPal Account Name, and then submit okay.

A store credit allows you to make purchases.
When you are ready to checkout, you are given the option to apply the credit you owned to your purchase in the APPLY CREDITS box.
1 credit is equivalent to $1.
You can use the maximum amount of credits you have earned or you can choose a select amount of credits to use by typing the number into the box.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will be refunded via store credit in 24h.
You can withdraw your store credit if you need, and we will process the refund to your original payment account in 24h.

Accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products for full refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. After returned items are received, we will be refunded via store credit.
